Year 3 Visit to the Manchester Museum

Having been stopped by snow the first time, Year 3 at last managed their visit to the Manchester Museum. We had a tour of the museum galleries, learning about coins, greek pots, lizards, mammals and meeting Stan the T-Rex!
In the afternoon we had some very interesting workshops about the Ancient Egyptians, during which we were able to handle some of the museums's Egyptian artefacts.
