This term Year 3's topic is 'World Kitchen'. 15 girls (accompanied by Ms Smith and Mrs Lacey) went to see how Sainsburys in Oldham display their produce. We looked at how clearly the items were priced, whether the displays were eye-catching and if the advertising made a visual impact. Mr Keith Bearcroft (Sainsburys PR to schools) met us in the produce dept and answered many of the girls' questions.
The girls' will also be comparing prices and advertising in Morrisons, Hollinwood and Tommyfield market, Oldham.
