Manchester City visit Kindergarten

There was much excitement at Kindergarten last Friday when the Year One and Two children took part in a football training session with one of the Manchester City coaches, Lewis Childs. The children were able to learn new skills such as dribbling the ball and keeping it under control.
The children practised using four different parts of their feet to move the ball, as well as learning a few tricks with the ball. Everyone had a very enjoyable day;
“It was fun to learn new skills”
“I liked doing the scissors trick but it was very hard!”
“I’m glad I took part because at first I felt nervous but then I had lots of fun!”
Many thanks to Lewis and we hope to see him back at Kindergarten again in the near future.
