Hulme students once again can be very proud of their achievements at GCSE: the boys gained more than 36% A*/A grades whilst the girls excelled by recording 52% A*/A grades, which contributed to an overall pass rate of 92%.
Nicola Shenton from Dukinfield achieved a remarkable tally with 9.5 straight A*s. In addition another twenty two students gained 8.5 or more A*/A grades; Joshua Bowker, Benjamin Hall, Frazer Hadfield, John Figura, Shavisinh Kumpavat, Mohsan Rafi, Andrew Wells, Jason Bhayani, Nicola Perry, Ruth Pollitt, Emma Scott, Rachael Smith, Bethan Gard, Philippa Jackson, Scarlett Strickland, Jane Augsburger, Christina Green, Rachel Gunn, Laura Hyman, Rebecca Jones, Jocelyn North and Ayesha Elfeturi.
